Delivery Information


1 All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We can only ship products for free to Mainland UK addresses. Please contact us on 01953 852929 for prices for delivery to other locations.

Products are normally delivered within 3-5 working days of placement of the order and confirmation of payment being received by us but may take longer at peak periods.  Our aim is to despatch all orders received before 2pm on a normal working day on that same working day and goods are normally delivered within 3-5 working days but this time scale cannot be guaranteed.  Delivery to mainland UK addresses as stated above is currently provided by us free of charge.

2 We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.

3 We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery method or or if we are unable to deliver we will offer a full refund.

4 We now include free delivery to mainland UK addresses regardless of order size.

5 We normally expect to despatch your goods within 1 working day of receipt of your order AND confirmation from PayPal or Cardsave that payment has been successfully processed. Delivery normally takes  3-5 working days from despatch using the Royal Mail 2nd class service.



Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) or by telephone (please ensure you take the name of the person you speak to and quote this when returning the goods) within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods.  You should return the goods to us within 5 working days of notification.

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

1 Ensure you include with the returned product a note explaining your reasons for return and detailing your name, address and your original order number (and the name of the person you spoke to if you informed us of the return by telephone rather than by email or letter).

2 If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.

3 Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.

4 If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.

5 You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.

6 We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.

7 We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

8 If you fail to return a product to us, we may make arrangements to have the product collected from you. The cost of this collection will be passed on to you.

10 Subject to compliance with the above terms, we will endeavour to refund the purchase price of a returned product, excluding any incurred shipping costs, within 5 working days of receipt by us of the returned product.

11  If a product has been has been incorrectly sent by us, or where the product has been returned due to a defect, we will also refund the reasonable cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product.  Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge.


Faulty Products

Where a Customer experiences a fault with a product it can be returned to JTA Distributors, subject to our Returns policy as detailed in the section above.
