We have revised our returns policy to give a 28 day window in which to return goods for refund or exchange.

1. Our websites and how to use them.
Our websites are easy to use and utilise. Simply browse the website to see the various products on offer.
Please ALWAYS wait for the page to refresh or the progress bar on the screen to finish updating before clicking on the next button/option. This is especially important when adding items to your shopping basket or progressing to the Checkout.
The current availability of each product and size variation will be shown on the product detail page. We always endeavour to keep our stock listing up to date but occasionally during pre-delivery inspection we may discover missing or damaged goods. If this is the case and we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you of this and cancel your order, any payment already taken will be refunded (normally we will not actually charge your card until we have checked the shoes and packed them for despatch).
Once you have finished adding products to your basket click the Display Basket option to finalise the basket contents and proceed to PayPal or SagePay to pay for the goods.
If you choose to Display the Basket you have the option to add, amend, change the quantities or delete items before proceeding to Checkout.
Once you have successfully paid via PayPal or SagePay you will be returned to our web site. You will also receive emails to confirm your order and update you on the status. You can now either leave our website or repeat the above process to buy more goods or just continue to browse.
If you do not already have a PayPal account you can simply sign up for one (free) as part of the Checkout procedure or pay via SagePay. PayPal operates a secure online payment system which means we never need to see or hold your payment debit/credit card details. Once you have a PayPal account it can be used at other on-line stores which accept these to speed up Checkout procedures as you only need to enter all your personal details once when first signing up.
3. Shipping/Delivery Charges/Expected Delivery Time Scales
We can ONLY ship products for free to mainland UK addresses.
We now include free delivery to mainland UK addresses regardless of order size. Goods are normally delivered 3-5 working days after despatch.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
We normally expect to despatch your goods within 1 working day of receipt of your order AND confirmation from PayPal or SagePay that payment has been successfully processed. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working day from despatch using Royal Mail 2nd class. Please contact us if you require a faster delivery time. There may be a charge for a speedier delivery. Alternative delivery options are available at the checkout.
4. Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds

5. Customer Enquiries or Complaints
Your satisfaction is our prime concern. Should you have an enquiry or a complaint regarding our products or services please contact us and we will do our best to address your issues. We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.
6. Faulty Products
Where a Customer experiences a fault with a product it can be returned to JTA Distributors, subject to our returns policy as shown on our "Terms & Conditions" page.
